Bel Molino is an old mill dating back to 1200 and situated in the Chianti Classico area, just a few km both from Castellina in Chianti and Siena.
This characteristic complex has been recently restored and transformed into 7 comfortable apartments (5 of which are in the main building and 2 in the ex mill and mill warehouse),
all finely furnished with love for details with antiques, and provided all modern comforts, such as telephone, sat. TV, micro wave oven and washing machine, and a private outdoor area.
In the upper part of the complex, a very relaxing and panoramic area, from where the water was collected and directed under the mill , there is now a beautiful swimming pool (15 x 4,5 m.) entirely built with travertine marble and at guests? total disposition.
The complex is immersed in a beautiful uncontaminated habitat, a few meters from which runs a steam, formerly used to feed the mill, with water falls and little ponds where trouts and other fishes live.
From here there are many paths that allow you to undertake interesting excursions through one of the most interesting and picturesque areas of Chianti Classico.
Castellina in Chianti, with all essential services, is approx. 9 km away, Siena 15 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Florence 45 km.
Just a few minutes drive away from the property is the 'Chiantigiana' road which meanders across the entire Chianti region connecting Siena and Florence through vine covered hills, ancient castles and villages.
Sport facilities: tennis courts in Castellina in Chianti, golf courses in Colle Val d'Elsa (15 km).
