The property is surrounded by an extensive ground of over 10.000 m2 with a grass carpet, olive and fruit trees and a vegetable garden.
In a sunny and panoramic position guests have at their disposal an inviting, large swimming pool with deep and low water areas suiting both adults and children, as well as a relaxing Jacuzzi.
Accommodation is offered in 4 comfortable apartments, each with independent access and provided with most modern facilities. The property is however also let as a single unit to accommodate larger parties up to 18 people looking for privacy.
Several paths connect to the apartments with the swimming pool, the restaurant, the parking place, the gazebo and a small playground for children.
Separated from the apartments, in a self standing little house, there is a restaurant with fireplace and wood oven where Mrs. Rosanna, the owner, prepares and serves (on request) typical Tuscany dishes and products from the farm. Restaurant service (breakfast and dinner) is only available for guests staying at Fecciano.
The beaches of the nearby coast are within easy reach at approx. 45 minutes drive away.
Within walking distance (approx 1 km) is the mediaeval village of Orciatico offering a restaurant, 2 grocery shops, post office and a tennis court, whilst in the larger town of Laiatico (7 km) are available all kinds of services.
