La Selvella is an old farmhouse situated in a panoramic position approximately 5 km from the hilltop village of Radicofani, in the southern part of the Siena province.
It has been divided into 5 independent apartments of different sizes more two double rooms with a completely private access.
Below the main house there is a large, rustic room with a beautiful fireplace, where breakfast is served on request.
In the property guests can also enjoy the use of a lovely swimming pool, a clay pigeon shooting, a sauna, and a tennis court.
Given its position, La Selvella is a good starting point not only for visits to the famous art centres of the southern part of Tuscany ( Pienza, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Siena), but also for interesting day excursions to the close regions of Umbria ( Assisi, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno) and Lazium (Rome, Tarquinia, Lake Bolsena).
In Radicofani (5 km) guests can find all essential services (shops, banks, restaurants, etc.).
