Fattoria di Nerbona is an attractive country residence consisting of 11 separate apartments, created by an imaginative conversion of a typical Tuscan "casa rustica". The house is well situated, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and the Chianti area, with its ancient traditions and its rich cultural heritage. The Landscape is one of rolling hills, wineyards and olive trees, and the house enjoys absolute tranquility and splendid panoramic views.
Fattoria di Nerbona has its own swimming-pool (9x15 m) and is surrounded by green parkland and a large area of mature woodland. All the flats are decorated in a classic Tuscan style and provided with central heating and TV (shared use of a washing machine). The property is located about 4 km from Casole d'Elsa, very charming mediaeval town, where guests will find all essential services.
The major cities of Tuscany, all of them world-famous, are within easy reach: Siena, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra, together with the splendid Mediterranean coastline dominated by the island of Elba.
