As there is no central heating in this second apartment it can be rented during the summer only.
This attractive property is full of character and is an excellent position for visiting Siena and its surroundings.
There is also the possibility of just renting the ground floor of the villa with a 20% discount on the full price; in this case the small apartment on the first floor will not be available.
At approximately 200 meters from Villa La Poderina, same owner as Casa del Prete, there is an original old swimming pool (seldom used by the owners and shared with the 2 villa apartments) which is at completely guests’ disposal.
