This lovely farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and small private woods, in a peaceful corner of Tuscany, just outside Arezzo which is 5 km away and where you will find all amenities.
The town of Arezzo is rich in history and has many tourist attractions both cultural and gastronomical, owing to the vicinity, we can guarantee that you will enjoy splendid evenings discovering the many charming restaurants, trattorias and entertainment which Arezzo's summer program offers.
This idyllic position will enable you to visit all the important historical and cultural centres in Tuscany and many other charming villages and hamlets.

The motorway is just 10 minutes drive away and from the train station in Arezzo you can take a train to Florence (35 mins.) and Rome (80 mins) and for Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto and many other destinations.
The caretaker lives in the dependence and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposition if you should need any help.
