Lunachiara, an ancient and characteristic country house, is situated in one of the most uncontaminated areas, just outside the medieval village of Radicondoli and is surrounded by greenery and lovely rolling hills covered with magnificent colours, varying with the change of each season.
An ideal place for a relaxing holiday and at the same ideally situated for daily visits to all the major tourist and historical centres in Tuscany.
Accommodation is offered in a wing of the house which has been furnished with great love for details and provided with all modern comforts.
The owner, Mrs. Tiziana, who lives in the close village, occasionally uses a small independent apartment in order to provide garden and pool maintenance, breakfast and dinner service on request , as well as any possible assistance. She is discreet and polite, and careful not to intrude on guest privacy but available if required.
In the large and panoramic outdoor area guests have at their disposal a well kept and completely fenced garden, furnished with an inviting gazebo for outdoor dining and a 6x14 m / depth 1’40- 2’50 m large swimming pool (very occasionally and with the most discretion shared by the owner).
The village of Radicondoli, situated at less than 1 km and easily reachable on foot, offers all essential services, including some typical restaurants where you can savour genuine local dishes.
The property lies approx. 35 km from San Gimignano and Volterra, 40 km from Siena and Massa Marittima, 60 km from the beaches of Follonica, 75km from Florence.
