Within walking distance (700 Mts) a choice of a few restaurants and lake access. A wider choice of restaurants within 2-3 km and at 6 km you will find all essential amenities, the train station, (Milan is 50 minutes by train), lovely lakeside promenades and ferries for day trips around the lake.
The property is fenced and the warden lives in a separate cottage in a secluded area on the edge of the property.
