Poggio Medei is a beautiful villa, recently restored. It is situated less than 1 Km away from the charming small town of Città della Pieve and it is surrounded by a wonderful, completely fenced park, of approx. 2 Ha.
All the rooms are large and bright, and particularly a bedroom has three large windows that frame the enchanting panorama of the Umbrian countryside, giving an unique impression. From here you can indeed admire the wonderful view on Città della Pieve, on the Cetona mountain and on the valley below.
Inside the park is set the 5x10 m. large swimming pool that is surrounded by olive and mature trees.
Thanks to its location, the villa is ideally placed for daily excursions towards small centres of historical and cultural interest like Chiusi and Montepulciano. The short distance to the motorway, that is only 15 minutes away from Villa Poggio Medei, also allows to easily reach the closest larger towns.
