Sopralpino is an ancient farmhouse situated in an isolated and breathtakingly beautiful position in the Metallifere Hills on the border between the Tuscan provinces of Siena, Pisa and Grosseto.

The outside, with stone walls, stair cases, a court yard and a wonderful private swimming pool (6x12 m.) with a dramatic view over the entire valley, and the sea in the distance, make this house an ideal site in which to spend an unforgettable holiday.
The swimming pool, being heated with geothermal energy, can be enjoyed all year round, and at no extra cost as for the house central heating too.
The interiors have maintained their original characteristic, are very cosy and furnished with love for details in the typical Tuscan style.
Accommodation is offered in two separate apartments, next door to each other, which are let as a single unit. The smaller self contained unit is provided with air conditioning.
The tiny village of Sasso Pisano (2 km) offers a grocery shop a bar and a restaurant, whilst in the small town of Castelnuovo val di Cecina (7 km) guests can find various shops, restaurants, bank, post office, tennis court, etc.
The major art cities of Tuscany are within easy reach: Massa Marittima 20 km, Volterra 40 km, Siena and San Gimignano 60 km, Florence 95 km, Pisa 115 km, together with the splendid Mediterranean coastline dominated by the island of Elba and the sandy beaches of the gulf of Follonica (40 km).
