The property has been recently restored in respect to the original style, the character of the old country house has been preserved, maintaining also its original spacious and comfortable rooms.
All rooms feature timber ceilings and Tuscan cotto tiles, which add warmth to the ambience. The furnishings include some nice antique pieces and lovely prints, enhanced by warm lighting.
The villa offers accommodation in two separate apartments which are rent as a single unit.
The country side surrounding the house is very beautiful and the swimming pool (6x15 m.) next to the house, is set in a panoramic position.
Only at 8 km from the house is the town of San Casciano dei Bagni, where an old thermal spring of Roman origins has been transformed into an international spa resort offering medical and beauty treatments.
The village of Palazzone (2 km) offers some shops, a restaurant and post office, whilst in the nearby town of San Casciano dei Bagni, (8 km) guest can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, banks, tennis, etc.).
