This beautiful villa is situated on a hillside a few minutes from the hamlet of Preggio, only 12 km. from Lake Trasimeno, and 27 km. from Perugia. This large, recently built villa, is surrounded by a splendid garden which has been carefully laid out with well tended plants and flowers which cascade down natural rock.
This setting is made unique by a beautiful swimming pool (7,5mt. X 16mt. X 1,5 to 1,75mt. depth) set into this marvellous landscape. You can also delight in an evening deep as the pool is illuminated with a play of lights which reflect upon the water. Near to the main pool is a children's pool ( 4,5 mt. X 9 mt. X depth 60 cm.). The inside swimming pool (2 interconnecting pools 5.50mt. x 2.70mt. + 2.70mt. x 4 mt.) is no less spectacular.
This is also set amongst plants, rocks and waterfalls making the whole atmosphere more than welcoming. In both the inside and outside pool there is a hydro-massage.
The view of the inside pool can also be enjoyed through a large window from the lounge .
All the rooms are large ( 5 of the 6 bedrooms have a private bathroom) and well furnished. The villa itself is 800m2., but only 550sq.mt. are at the guest's disposal. In the basement there is a large room used for meetings and is not included in the weekly rate for the villa. It is possible to organise dinners or parties with catering on request.
Please note that the cost for central heating for the inside pool can be considerable and will be charged separately depending on the energy consumed.
