Villa Montagnola is a beautiful 13 bedroom villa dating back to the 1800’s.
Located in the verdant countryside only 12 Km from Siena, the property is the perfect place to relax, drink lots of wine and enjoy the colourful “Palio” horse race!
The villa has been recently renovated and its unique architectural heritage has been preserved. The original fireplaces, wrought iron and glass doors, terracotta arches and beautifully painted ceilings have all been restored to their former glory.
Villa Montagnola is huge with an area of 572 square meters. There are seven suites comfortably accommodating up to 30 people.
The villa is a perfect location for celebrations, weddings, art and cookery courses, reunions, corporate meetings, or just a group of family or friends enjoying the magic of Tuscany.
Set in a park of century old trees the villa is surrounded by gardens and grass lawns. It features a magnificent swimming pool (16 meters x 8 meters), a children’s pool (4 meters x 4 meters) and there are plenty of tables, deck chairs, and sun umbrellas.
Inside there is a lounge with fireplace, bar and study with telephone and internet service. The grounds and communal rooms are serviced daily while the suites are serviced twice per week.

• Next to the villa is a separate building (168 square meters in area) housing on the ground floor all of the following facilities:
• Enclosed veranda overlooking the park and swimming pool with table and chairs for 30 people for general use and as a dining room when meals are served.
• Lounge with sitting area with wood burning fireplace, bar, study area with telephone, computer and internet.
• Three bathrooms one with access directly from the garden and two with access from the lounge. On site there is a professional kitchen used by the villa’s catering service. The master kitchen must be reserved in advance and can be rented for an additional charge.
Accommodation: the villa has seven suites which will accommodate 26 persons in 13 bedrooms. A further 4 persons may be accommodated in extra beds or on settees which convert to beds.
The suites are fitted and furnished to a very high standard in classic Tuscan style. All the suites apart from one have an entrance from inside the villa.
