This interesting and extremely beautiful villa lies in a lovely, peaceful position in the "Chianti Classico" hills from which it commands a nice view of the Elsa Valley, with a landscape that abounds in olive-groves, vineyards, and small hills on top of which there is almost always either a classic farm house or an ancient castle.
Around the property, a large private enclosed garden (6.000 sq m) with lawn and pine trees, and an inviting 6x12 m swimming pool (shared from time to time with the owners) with external hot water shower. Inside the house is very elegant, has large, comfortable rooms, is furnished with valuable antique furniture and equipped with sat. television, telephone and dishwasher.
The part of the villa we offer is on the elevated ground floor; the owners live from time to time in a separate, small part of the property, which is on the lower ground floor with an independent entrance and outdoor area.
Close to the Firenze-Siena motorway (3 km) which in a few minutes drive lead to Florence (35 km) or to Siena (25 km), it is without any doubt an ideal point of departure for visiting the most interesting Tuscan art cities.
All services and sports facilities are to be found in the nearby town of Poggibonsi (3 km).
